This session explores strategies to help students with disabilities successfully transition their assistive technology supports from high school into college, employment, or community settings. Participants will learn how to assess AT sustainability, engage students in the transition process, and adapt tools for real-world environments. Case examples and practical resources will be shared to help ensure continuity and independence beyond the classroom.
