Innov-AT provides assistive technology services throughout Wisconsin for students, adults, families, school teams, employers, and adult-services agencies.

AT Assessments & Evaluations
Innov-AT provides AT assessments and evaluations for students and adults across environments. We accept referrals from schools, Vocational Rehabilitation programs, Managed Care Organizations, or individuals. Assessments may include: workplace task analysis, communication systems, digital organization tools, computer and device access, reading and writing supports, environmental controls, executive functioning tools, among others.
After the assessment is complete, the referring organization will receive a detailed report outlining the areas of need, individual goals, trials completed, assessment results, recommended assistive technology tools and strategies, pricing, and potential funding sources.
Innov-AT is also available to support the implementation of any assistive technology recommended. From support with purchasing to setup and training, we are here to help you every step of the way. We ensure you understand how to use your tools, that they are set up and working well, that adjustments have been made, and that you have all the documentation regarding warranties, user guides, etc.
School-Based Services
Innov-AT provides AT assessments for students. We also work with Individualized Education Plan (IEP) teams with support in identifying necessary AT supports and implementation strategies.
Innov-AT also provides capacity building in the areas of assistive technology, behavior management, and executive functioning to ensure school teams are prepared to support their students in these areas.

Innov-AT provides AT assessments for adults. We offer assessments and training to support assistive technology for cooking, independent living, reading, writing, computer access, leisure activities, and more. We also work with employers and vocational rehabilitation providers to ensure that environments are as accessible as possible to individuals with disabilities. We will work with employers and teams to understand how assistive technology can support independence in the workplace.
